Programme of CBC with the Republic of Montenegro will strengthen joint sustainable development of cross-border area, its economic, cultural, natural and human potentials by strengthening of human resources and joint institutional networks among local communities and local protagonists in private and public sector.
Realisation of the following measures has been agreed upon:
-    Initiatives of cross-border economic development with emphasis on tourism and rural development
-    Initiatives for development of environment protection that are mainly focused on protection, improvement and management of natural resources;
-    Social cohesion and cultural exchange trough institutional and direct interventions;
-    Support to the process of administering and realising the programme;
-    Support to information, promotion and appraisal programme.
Total budget of the Programme is € 1.1 million, out of which € 0.5 million is to be allocated for B&H and € 0.6 million for Montenegro for the first three years.
