Basically, the Program includes Adriatic coastal area of Herzegovina, but it will also include entire B&H territory in order to absorb earmarked funds. The Programme is aimed at providing assistance to different population categories in order to achieve EU standard of living to the most possible extent. General objectives are the following: improvement of social and economic development and cooperation between Adriatic countries.

The Programme has been divided into the four following priorities:

1.    Economic, social and institutional cooperation
2.    Natural and cultural resources and risk prevention
3.    Accessibility and networks
4.    Technical support

Total budget of the Programme is € 290 million.
